Advantages:

Q: What materials do you commonly work with?
A: We work with a wide range:
Steels: Cold/hot rolled (SPCC, Q235), galvanized (SGCC), stainless (304, 316).
Aluminum: 5052, 6061 (most common), 1100.
Other: Copper, brass, and some specialty alloys.
We can source the material or work with your supplied material (CSM).
Q: How do I choose the right surface finish?
A: The choice depends on environment, aesthetics, and budget:
Powder Coating: Most popular. Durable, many colors, good for indoor/outdoor.
Anodizing (Aluminum only): Excellent corrosion/abrasion resistance, conductive.
Plating (Zinc, Nickel): Good corrosion protection, decorative, often for hardware.
Brushed/Polished: Purely aesthetic, for decorative panels.
We can advise based on your application.
Q: Can you work with pre-finished material (e.g., pre-painted sheets)?
A: Yes, but with important notes. Forming (bending) will likely cause micro-cracking or damage to the finish on the outside of the bend. For the best cosmetic result, we strongly recommend post-fabrication finishing (painting/powder coating after all cutting and bending is complete).
Q: What information do you need for a quotation?
A: For a fast and accurate quote, please provide:
Drawings or 3D Files (as per Q2).
Material Specification (type, grade, thickness).
Quantity Required.
Surface Finish Requirements.
Any Special Standards or Certifications (e.g., ISO, RoHS).
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We are flexible. For custom fabrication:
Typical production MOQ is 50 pieces to make setup efficient.
For very simple parts, MOQ may be 100-500 pieces.
Pricing per piece improves significantly with higher volumes.
Q: How do you charge for fabrication services?
A: Quotes are typically a fixed price per part, based on:
Material Cost (raw sheet stock).
Machine/Process Time (cutting, bending, welding hours).
Setup & Programming Time.
Cost of Secondary Operations (finishing, hardware).
Tooling (if custom punches/dies are needed).
We provide a transparent breakdown.
Q: What is your typical lead time?
A: Lead time depends on complexity and quantity:
Prototypes: 10-15 working days after order confirmation.
Small Batch (≤500 pcs): 15-25 working days.
Large Production Run: 25-40 working days.
Lead time starts after we receive final approved drawings and deposit.
