Heat Treatment (Quenching & Tempering): Leaves are heated to austenitizing temperature and rapidly quenched in oil, followed by high-temperature tempering. This critical process enhances the spring's tensile strength and resilience. We utilize fully automated CNC heat treatment lines to ensure temperature uniformity.
Shot Peening: The surface of the spring is bombarded with small steel shots. This process induces compressive residual stress, significantly reducing the risk of crack formation and extending fatigue life by up to 300%.
Scragging (Pre-setting): Springs are compressed to the solid height to set them permanently. This prevents settling during actual vehicle use.
Assembly: Leaves are assembled with center bolts, clips (rebound clips), and bushings. The clips are tightly clinched to prevent leaf separation.

A: 1) Standard products: Free samples are provided, with an amount lower than $5.
2) Customized products: A fee of 1 to 3 times the unit price is charged according to the product specifications.
The transportation methods include DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc. The shipping cost is borne by you. After receiving the payment, the samples will be sent immediately!
