        Production inspection: 5% of each batch of products are randomly selected for comprehensive testing.
        Key aspects such as "locking reliability" and "adjustment smoothness" are carefully inspected. Any
        batches with excessive errors are all reworked;
        Finished product guarantee: The finished products undergo 30,000 fatigue tests (in line with industry
        standards), noise tests (≤40dB), and load-bearing tests (≥700N). At the same time, a "quality inspection
        report copy" is provided to reassure small and medium-sized customers to make purchases with
        confidence.


       Super durable: The core components are processed by heat treatment, and the surface is nickel-plated
       for rust prevention. The service life can reach over 8 years, and it still maintains stable locking even
       after 50,000 adjustments, without loosening or jamming. 
      Quiet and comfortable: Special lubricating grease is added at the gear meshing area, and combined
      with the buffer rubber pad design, the adjustment process is smooth and stable, with noise far lower
      than the industry average, avoiding sharp noises during driving and operation. 
      Safe and reliable: A dual locking protection mechanism is built-in, and the locking response time in
      case of sudden collision is less than 0.1 seconds, effectively preventing the backrest from tilting
      forward and ensuring the safety of passengers. 
      High adaptability: Customizable installation holes and adjustment travel are supported. It can be
      perfectly matched with mainstream seat frame brands (such as Jeep,), and is
      compatible with over 95% of passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
