 3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's require.
 4. After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument, Caliper, 
 Angel Gage etc.
 5. After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the surface treatment 
 process.
 6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can make sure the parts 
 which we sell is 100% qualified.
 7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

3. What is a progressive die?
A progressive die is a specialized stamping die with multiple stations. As the metal strip feeds through the press, each station performs a different operation (pierce, bend, form) in sequence, producing a completed part with every press stroke.

6. How do I request a quote for stamping parts?
Please provide the following:

• Detailed 2D Drawings or 3D CAD Models (STEP, IGES).
• Material Specification (type, grade, thickness).
• Annual Volume Estimate (prototype, low, medium, or high volume).
• Surface Finish & Coating Requirements (e.g., plating, painting, powder coating).
• Any Critical Quality or Testing Standards (e.g., PPAP, RoHS compliance).

7. What is the difference between prototyping and mass production in stamping?

• Prototyping: Uses soft tooling, laser cutting, or simple dies for small batches (10-1,000 pcs) to verify design and function. Unit cost is higher, but lead time is short.
• Mass Production: Uses hardened, precision progressive or transfer dies. High initial tooling cost and longer lead time, but the per-part cost becomes very low at high volumes.

8. What is tooling (die) cost and lead time?
Tooling cost varies greatly based on part size, complexity, and required tolerances (from a few hundred to tens of thousands of USD). Lead time for die manufacturing typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks. This is a one-time, upfront investment.
9. What secondary operations are available?
Common secondary operations include:

• Deburring & Tumbling: To remove sharp edges.
• Welding & Assembly: Joining multiple stampings.
• Heat Treatment: To alter material properties (hardening, tempering).
• Surface Finishing: Plating (zinc, nickel), painting, powder coating, anodizing, passivation.

10. How do you ensure quality control?

• In-Process Inspection: Regular checks of critical dimensions using CMMs, optical comparators, and gauges.

11. What file formats do you accept for part design?
We prefer 3D files (STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, X_T) and 2D drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF) with all critical dimensions, tolerances, and material notes clearly defined.
12. Can you assist with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis?
Yes, absolutely. We highly recommend a DFM review before finalizing your design. Our engineering team will analyze your drawings and provide feedback to optimize the part for stamping, potentially reducing cost, improving quality, and shortening lead time.
