Our company has strong R&D capability and develops many new products every year. In production, we strictly follow the ISO 9001 quality system to control quality and arrange production:
1. Don't accept defective, strict inspection of supplier's raw materials.
2. Don't manufacture defective, the production process is strictly controlled. For all products, the workers are strictly self-inspected on each machining process, and the quality inspectors do a regular inspection and spot inspection.
3. Don't transferring defective, the defective products found in the previous process shall never be allowed to be transferred to the next process. Before shipment, the finished products shall be inspected again, and if any quality problems are found, and the products shall be reworked or rejected according to the relevant requirement.
Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A. Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A. Sample needs 3 days, mass production time needs 5-7 weeks, it depends on order quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A. Yes, we have MOQ for mass production, it depends on the different part numbers. 1~10pcs
sample order is available. Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
Q5. How to proceed with an order?
A. Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your
requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places a deposit
for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A. Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly
based on our sample.
Q7: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are Factory, Mainly processing customized sheet metal products.
Q8: How soon can I get your response?
A: our company rules that we must reply customers within 24 hours. Our current average response time is 4.3 hours.
Q9: How soon can I get your quotation?
A: We are trying to quote you within 24 hours, however, it depends on drawings quantity and complicating rate. If you are really very urgent, call us or email us so that we will put it in priority.
Q10: How can I get a sample for quality check?
A: After quotation, if needed, you can ask for samples to check quality. We will provide you free samples(value under 20 without tooling invest) as long as you pay freight cost by yourself.
