7.  Good after sales services.

Production process

1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's require.
4. After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument, Caliper, Angel Gage etc.
5. After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the surface
treatment process.
6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can make sure the parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

Sheet Metal Fabrication is a manufacturing process that transforms thin metal sheets into finished parts or structures through various operations such as cutting, bending, and assembly. Due to its exceptional design flexibility and durability, this technology is widely utilized across industries including automotive, aerospace, electronics, construction, and medical devices.
          Function and characteristics
          1) Equipped with an emergency stop button, the DC output can be cut off in the first time in
          an emergency.
          2) Air switch can cut off AC main input.
          3) The connection between the AC input and DC output charging plug  and the charging
          machine is detachable connector, which is convenient to separate the input and output lines
          from the body and store them when the product is not used, and it will convenient to maintain
          and replace.
          4) Please note that vents must not be placed toward the ground or blocked! The suggested
          placement direction is shown in the picture.

customers' requirement. Usually, it's random inspection, and we also offer 100% inspection
at a reasonable price if required.

*We have FQC to inspect all the anodizing/plating and other finishes' products from our

1.Packing Detail: The product packed in bag, carton, wood case, pallet or as per the
customer's special requirements. Besides, the custom package takes a week to prepare
in advance.
2.Delivery Detail: the fast International Shipping time takes 3 ~5 working days by
DHL/UPS/FedEx, slow shipping time takes 7~ 8 working days by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT, etc

1.Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, all products showed in our website are produced in our  factory; We are also a company
registered by China Customs with the right to export and import.

2.I want to keep our design in confidence; can we sign NDA(Non Disclosure Agreement)?
Sure, to protect customers' profit is our obligatory responsibility, signed NDA would be valid to
both of us..

3.What should I offer to get your quotation?
Please offer us your detailed information for the product, such as drawings with 2D/3D by
software Pro/E, Auto CAD, SolidWorks, UG etc; as well as materials, surface treatment, quantity,
package. Any special requirements should be highlighted especially for tolerance.

4.How long does it take to receive samples?
20 working days,the lead time is the general production period and does not include the
transportation time.we can supply free samples with less quantity,but customers need
to pay shipping cost.

5.How long is the manufacturing lead time?
Mass Production:30-45 working days after sample approval by yours.The lead time is the
general production period without the transportation time.We could make some special production
arrangement effectively if customer has urgent need.

6.How long does it take to ship goods from China by sea?
It takes about 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week customs clearance, so you can get the
container within 6 to 7 weeks.It takes about 2 weeks to east coast and 3 weeks to west coast US
ports.All sea goods are shipped from Ningbo Port.

7.How long does it take to ship goods from China by air?
It takes about 7 days to all major destinations.

8.What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are negotiable and will improve for long term customers.During the initial stages,
we request 50% of tooling fee in advance with the balance payable on acceptance of samples.
Production orders can be negotiable.We prefer 30% deposit and the balance by T/T before sails.
But sometimes T/T15 days after sails would also acceptable.

9. What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ depends on our client's needs, besides,we welcome trial order before mass-production.

10. Is it possible to know how is myproduct going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed products schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

11. What is the quality control of your company?
A: Our company has the system certification of ISO9001 and IATF16949.  We have special product laboratory and measurement room, and have very professional testing & measuring equipment.  We do raw material incoming inspection, in-process product quality control and outgoing goods quality control.
