Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces for common sizes to ensure production efficiency. However, we are flexible and can discuss lower quantities for sample orders or new partnerships. Custom designs may have a higher MOQ.
Q: Can you produce custom or non-standard sizes and designs?
A: Yes, we specialize in OEM and custom manufacturing. We can create custom dies/tooling for unique sizes, shapes, or stamped markings (e.g., your logo, size). Please contact us with your specifications or drawings.
Q: Do you offer different surface finishes?
A: Standard finishes are plain (mill finish) or a basic smooth polish. Upon request, we can provide electropolishing for a superior, ultra-smooth finish that further enhances corrosion resistance, or other finishes like passivation.
Q: What are your standard lead times?

Standard Items: 20-25 days after order confirmation.
Custom Items: 30-35 days (includes tooling/manufacturing setup time).
Samples: 7-10 days for existing standard items.
Q: How do you package the products for export?
A: We use robust, export-ready packaging:
Small items are packed in plastic bags within sturdy carton boxes.
Boxes are then stacked and secured on wooden pallets.
We use VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper or bags inside the packaging for long sea voyages to provide extra protection against corrosion.
All pallets are clearly labeled and stretch-wrapped.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment via T/T. For established customers, we offer flexible arrangements. L/C at sight is also acceptable.
5. Technical Support & After-Sales
Q: Can you provide CAD drawings or specifications for my engineers?
A: Yes. We can provide 2D drawings (DWG/DXF) and 3D models (STEP/IGS) of our standard products upon request to assist with your design and integration process.
Q: What is your warranty or guarantee policy?
A: We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing and material defects. If you receive products that do not meet the agreed specifications, please notify us within 30 days of receipt with supporting evidence (photos, videos). We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Q: Do you provide installation instructions or guidance?
A: Yes. We can provide basic installation guidelines. However, proper installation (especially swaging/crimping of ferrules) requires the correct tools and trained personnel. We recommend following industry best practices or the tool manufacturer's instructions for the specific termination method.
