4. How do I determine the correct size and load capacity?
Selection depends on:

Line Diameter: The cleat should accommodate 2-3 wraps of your mooring line.

Breaking Strength (BS) of Line: The cleat's Minimum Breaking Load (MBL) should exceed the line's BS. We provide detailed load tables.

Working Load Limit (WLL): Typically 1/4 to 1/5 of the MBL (safety factor 4:1 or 5:1).

Application: Dock, small boat, yacht, or commercial vessel.
Please provide your rope specifications and intended use for our recommendation.

5.What are the packaging and shipping terms?
Packaging: Individual cleats are wrapped in VCI anti-rust paper. Packed in sturdy wooden crates or pallets for sea freight.

Shipping: Mainly by sea (FOB, CIF, CFR terms). We handle export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, material certs).


6. What mounting methods are required?
Proper installation is critical:

Through-Bolting: The strongest method, using bolts, backing plates, and nuts underneath the deck.

Welding: For permanent installation on steel structures (we provide weldable bases).

Surface Mounting: Using lag screws for wood decks (for smaller cleats).
We supply cleats with pre-drilled holes. Installation drawings and torque specifications are provided.

7.  How do I request a quotation?
