 OUR PRODUCING PROCESS:
        1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
        2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
        3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's require.
        4. After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument, Caliper,
        Angel Gage etc.
        5. After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the surface treatment 
        process.
        6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can make sure the 
        parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
        7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

         Quality control:
         * We have specialized QC testers to check the quality of the products according to different customers
         requirement. Usually, it's a random inspection, and we also offer 100% inspection at a reasonable price
         if required.
         * We have IQC to check the dimensions and surface of the incoming material
         * We have PQC to inspect full-course during the manufacturing processing
         * We have FQC to inspect all the anodizing/plating and other finishes products from our supplier and
         proceed with the professional quality and appearance inspection before shipping.

These are high-strength, engineered steel components cast into precast concrete elements during manufacturing. Their primary purposes are:

Embedded Fixings: Provide a means to attach other components (facades, MEP supports) to the precast element post-installation.

3. What materials and standards are used?
We use materials and processes that guarantee structural integrity:

Material: High-Tensile Alloy Steel (e.g., Grade 8.8, 10.9 per ISO 898-1), Stainless Steel (A4-80/316) for corrosive environments.

Welding: All weldable components are designed for reliable arc or stud welding to reinforcement.

Standards: Products are designed to meet or exceed EN ISO 17657 (formerly DIN 488), PCI MNL-135, ACI 318 Appendix D, and AS 3850.

Finish: Typically self-colored (black) mill finish, hot-dip galvanized (HDG), or stainless steel.

4. How do I select the correct anchor type and capacity?
Selection is critical and depends on:

Load Type & Magnitude: Static weight of element, dynamic lifting loads (impact factor), erection loads (wind, bracing).

Concrete Strength: Design concrete strength at the time of lifting.

Anchor Location & Concrete Cover: Distance from edges and embedment depth.

Lifting Angle: Angle of the lifting sling (e.g., 60° vs 90°).
We strongly advise involving a structural engineer. We provide technical data sheets with certified working load limits (WLL), load reduction factors for angles, and concrete failure load tables to assist in specification.

5. What is the Working Load Limit (WLL) and safety factor?
Working Load Limit (WLL): The maximum safe load in tension (lift) and/or shear under which the anchor should be used. It accounts for a built-in safety factor.

Safety Factor: Typically, lifting anchors are designed with a minimum safety factor of 4:1 or 5:1 against ultimate failure. This means the breaking strength is 4-5 times the stated WLL.
The WLL is for the anchor itself; concrete breakout strength must also be verified.

6. How are these anchors installed in the precast element?
They are installed in the formwork before concrete is poured:

Positioning: The anchor is accurately positioned and tied/welded to the reinforcement cage per shop drawings.

Securing: It is firmly secured to the formwork to prevent movement during concrete placement and vibration.

Pouring & Curing: Concrete is poured, completely embedding the anchor.

Stripping: After curing, the formwork is stripped, exposing the anchor's functional part (loop, thread, channel).
