Stamping parts are metal components produced through a manufacturing process known as stamping (or pressing). In this process, a flat sheet or coil of metal is fed into a stamping press, where a custom-designed tool and die apply high pressure to cut, bend, or shape the material into the desired form. This is a cold-forming process, meaning it is typically performed at room temperature without heating the metal.
Stamping is one of the most widely used manufacturing methods in the world. It is estimated that 60% to 70% of all steel produced globally is sheet metal, and a significant portion of that goes through stamping to become finished parts.
Our production process is as follows:
1. Design and manufacture of molds.
2. Manufacturing of parts according to the requirements of the press machine.
3. Performing riveting, welding or thread tapping processing according to customer requirements.
4. After the manufacturing is completed, we will use equipment such as image measuring instruments, calipers, angle gauges, etc. to inspect the parts.
5. After ensuring that all dimensions meet the customer's requirements, the surface treatment process will be carried out.
6. After the surface treatment is completed, the workers test all the parts to ensure the quality of the sold products.
7. After the inspection is completed, the parts will be packaged using a vacuum packaging machine.
