Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for precision metal forming.
Stamping Equipment: Our factory boasts a range of mechanical and hydraulic presses from 30 to 800 tons. For deep drawing applications, we prioritize hydraulic presses due to their superior control over ram speed and pressure throughout the entire stroke, which is crucial for forming complex materials and geometries.
Automation and Efficiency: Key production lines are equipped with automated coil feeding systems, in-die sensors for process monitoring, and quick die change (QDC) systems. This configuration minimizes downtime between production runs, ensures consistent product quality, and enables flexible and cost-effective manufacturing for both high-volume and medium-volume production.
Full-Process Support: We are a vertically integrated company. Our in-house tool shop designs and manufactures high-precision molds and fixtures. Furthermore, we offer comprehensive secondary processing and finishing services, including CNC trimming, tapping, welding (laser welding and TIG welding), deburring, polishing, and various surface treatments, providing a true turnkey solution.
