         (1) This sheet metal products is our customed made stamping parts, it's processed by
         punching machine through stamping tooling, the subsequent process of the staming
         product make of sheet metal is finished by tapping, debur, chamfer, riveting, anodised,
         packing, the OEM metal stamping products, sheet metal bracket can be used as medical
         instruments, medical apparatus hardware mounting brackets.

         (2) We are a professional metal manufacturing factory for sheet metal parts, stamping parts
         is our featured product, we are specilizing in designing and manufacturing all kinds of high
         quality stamping product made of sheet metal, we have a lot of advanced equipments and a
         nice team who can use solidworks, CAD etc, professionally to produce sheet metal precision
         stamping products.

         (3) Any OEM/ODM are available! We have 13 years professional experience of metal especially
         for sheet metal products, metal stamping parts and CNC parts manufacturing, hardware
         accessories.

         (4) Before mass production, we offer pre-production samples of the sheet metal fine
         stamping product and all other sheet metal stamping parts for customer final confirmation.



OUR PRODUCING PROCESS:
 1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
 2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
 3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's require.
 4. After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument, 
 Caliper, Angel Gage etc.
 5. After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the surface 
 treatment process.
 6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can make sure 
 the parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
 7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

Digital UV Printing: Very Good. Full-color capability, UV-cured inks are durable. Good for complex graphics and photos.

Anodized Infill (for Aluminum): Excellent and permanent. Color is infused into the etched metal.

Vinyl Application: Good. High-quality outdoor vinyl (like 3M) lasts 5-7 years. Easier for short runs.

Q6: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We are very flexible. For custom signs:

MOQ can be as low as 50 piece for prototypes or complex custom designs.

Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design to make production efficient.

For simple, standard signs (like blank danger tags), MOQ can be 200+ pieces.
There is no MOQ for design services and quotations.

A: Yes, we offer complimentary basic design and artwork preparation. Our graphic artists can:

Vectorize your existing low-resolution logo.
