Process Introduction

Sheet metal processing relies on stamping equipment and CNC machining equipment. Through processes such as blanking, bending, and forming, metal sheets are processed into various precision metal components in batches. We can complete the entire process from raw materials to finished products in one step. The core processes include:
Precision stamping processing
Using progressive dies and single engineering dies for batch stamping, suitable for mass production of parts. The dimensional tolerance is stable, and the production economy is high.
CNC bending and forming
Using CNC bending equipment to bend the metal sheet according to the drawing requirements, shaping the product's three-dimensional structure, meeting diverse styling requirements.
Deep drawing forming process
Can stretch flat metal strips for processing, making cup-shaped, groove-type deep-drawn sheet metal parts with a depth greater than the width.
Supporting secondary processing
In the factory, independent secondary processing such as riveting, tapping, welding, drilling, and final assembly are completed, eliminating the need for external processing, thereby shortening the delivery cycle.
