        Our Producing Process:
        1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
        2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
        3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to the Customer's requirements.
        4. After finishing the manufacturing process, we will test the parts by the Image measurement 
        instrument, Caliper, Angle Gauge etc
        5. After making sure all the dimensions can reach the customer's requirements, we will make the surface 
        treatment process.
        6. After finishing surface treatment, we will test all the parts by the worker so that we can make 
        sure the parts that we sell are 100% qualified.
        7. After finishing testing, we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

A: It varies a lot depending on product dimension, technical requirements, and quantity. Generally, it takes about 30 days. We always try to meet customers' requirements by adjusting our workshop schedule.

6. Is it possible to know how my product is doing without visiting your company?
 A: We will offer a detailed product schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos that show the machining progress

7. How do you control and ensure product quality?
A: We will prevent beforehand, manage during the event, and guarantee after the event. Confirm with you every detail before quoting. After you order, we will reconfirm all the details. So we can reduce the losses of time and costs.

8. If you make poor-quality goods, will you refund our funds? A: We make products according to drawings or samples strictly until they reach your 100%  satisfaction. And actually, we won't take a chance on doing poor-quality products. We are proud of keeping the spirit of good quality.

9. How can I receive a quotation?

A: 1) Standard products: We provide free samples under $5.
2) Custom products: We charge 1-3 times the unit price (based on product specifications)
