Hobbling & Gear Cutting: For specialized materials or large gears where molding is impractical.

4. Can you supply matched gear sets or complete assemblies?
Yes. We strongly recommend producing mating gears as a set from the same tooling batch to ensure optimal performance and minimal backlash. We can also supply complete gearboxes or assemblies.

5. How do I select the right material for my application?
Key factors to consider and share with us:

Load & Torque: Static and dynamic forces on the gear teeth.

Operating Speed (RPM): Affects wear and heat generation.

Operating Environment: Temperature range, exposure to chemicals, moisture, or UV light.

For CNC Machining (No Tooling): MOQ as low as 1 piece for prototypes.

For Injection Molding: MOQ is typically 10,000 pieces (lifetime) to justify tooling investment. For smaller quantities, we may use shared/multi-cavity molds or suggest machining.

9. What is your production lead time?
CNC Machined Prototypes: 5-15 working days.

Injection Molded Samples: 30-50 working days (includes mold fabrication).

Mass Production: 15-30 working days after sample approval.
