1. Are you a factory or a trader?
A: We have our own factory and an international trading company.
2. Do you support product customization?
A: Yes, we mainly customize processing (process customization, material customization, surface treatment customization, etc.). According to your samples or drawings to make samples!
3. What is the payment method?
A: We accept TT (Bank Transfer), Western Union, and L/C.
For a total amount under US$500, 100% in advance.
For total amounts above US$500, 30% in advance, the rest before shipment.
4. What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ depends on our client's needs; besides, we welcome a trial order before mass production.
5. What is the production cycle?
A: It varies a lot depending on product dimension, technical requirements, and quantity. Generally, it takes about 30 days. We always try to meet customers' requirements by adjusting our workshop schedule.
6. Is it possible to know how my product is doing without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed product schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos that show the machining progress
7. How do you control and ensure product quality?
A: We will prevent beforehand, manage during the event, and guarantee after the event. Confirm with you every detail before quoting. After you order, we will reconfirm all the details. So we can reduce the losses of time and costs.
8. If you make poor-quality goods, will you refund our funds? A: We make products according to drawings or samples strictly until they reach your 100% satisfaction. And actually, we won't take a chance on doing poor-quality products. We are proud of keeping the spirit of good quality.
9. How can I receive a quotation?
A: Please send us your product drawings or picture information via email or message, and we will provide you with a product quotation within 2 working days!
10. How can I get samples?
A: 1) Standard products: We provide free samples under $5.
2) Custom products: We charge 1-3 times the unit price (based on product specifications)
Shipping methods are DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, or others. You need to pay for shipping. Samples will be sent as soon as payment is received!
11. How do I place an order?
A: Please try to provide the following information:
* Product information: specifications, quantity, expected price
* Delivery requirements
*Payment
* Shipping information: name, detailed shipping address, phone number, shipping requirements (courier, air or sea).
* If there is a cooperative freight forwarder, please provide the contact information of the freight forwarder.
* Please send us an official purchase order by email. Or we can provide proforma invoices for you.
12. How to send the product to me?
A: The transportation method is up to you. We can also recommend more economical transportation for you!
For small batches under 30kg, express delivery (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, or others) is commonly used.
Orders of 30-500 kg can be airlifted to your designated airport.
For large quantities or large volumes, we often use sea freight.
13. Can you arrange the transportation of the goods for me?
A: Yes, we can send you by sea, air or courier.
