1) our MOQ: generally speaking is 1000, but if your products is interested enough, the MOQ can reduce.
2) our payment term: for mold: 50% T/T in advance, 50% within one week after sample approval
for products: 30% pay in advance, 70% against copy of bill of lading
3) quoting elements: drawing, material (detail material grade), and quantity
4) can we produce other products? yes, of course, if you give me a drawing or sample, we can produce everything for you.
OUR PRODUCING PROCESS:
1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's require.
4. After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument,
Caliper, Angel Gage etc.
5. After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the surface
treatment process.
6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can make sure
the parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

5. What is the maximum size you can produce?
This depends on our press bed size and tonnage:
Typical Max Part Size (Single Operation): Up to 1000mm x 800mm.
Larger Assemblies: Can be produced as multiple stamped parts and welded together.
Depth of Draw: Up to 150mm in a single operation; deeper boxes through multi-stage tooling.

10. What is the MOQ for stamped boxes?
Stamping requires significant tooling investment, so MOQs are higher:
For New Custom Tooling: Minimum 10,000 pieces per production run is typical.
For Existing/Standard Tooling: MOQ can be as low as 5,000 pieces.
Prototypes: Available via soft tooling or CNC fabrication before hard tooling commitment (MOQ 100-500 pcs).
11. What file formats do you need for a quotation?
