---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in the container.

Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receiving the customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.

Body/Fork: Pressed/Stamped from Q235 Steel Plate (3mm-5mm thick) or Cast from Ductile Iron for high-duty models.

Adjustment Screw: High-Tensile Steel (Grade 8.8) with a coarse, rolled thread for strength and smooth operation.

Base Plate: Stamped Steel Plate, typically 150x150mm or 200x200mm.

Surface Treatment: Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG) is standard for superior corrosion resistance. Electro-galvanizing or paint is available.

U-Head & Base Jack: Both typically offer 500mm (20 inches) of total screw travel.

7. How are they installed and used?
Installation is simple but must be done correctly:

Base Jack: Screw the jack to the desired starting height. Place it on firm, level ground. Insert the scaffold tube into its socket.

Scaffold Erection: Build the scaffold to near-final height.

U-Head: Insert the U-Head onto the top of the scaffold tube. Place the horizontal bearer (timber/beam) into the U-shaped saddle.

Final Adjustment: Use the screw mechanisms on both the Base Jack and U-Head to make the final, precise adjustment to the required level and height.
Always ensure the screw has sufficient thread engagement (minimum 75%).
