Our production process:
1. Mold design and manufacturing.
2. Manufacturing components based on the stamping machine.
3. Performing riveting, welding or thread processing according to customer requirements.
4. After the manufacturing is completed, use tools such as image measuring instruments, calipers, angle gauges, etc. to inspect the parts.
5. Confirm that all dimensions meet the customer's requirements, then perform surface treatment.
6. After the surface treatment is completed, the workers conduct final inspection on all parts to ensure that 100% of the sold products are qualified.
7. After the inspection is completed, use vacuum packaging machines to package the parts.
