Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Mounting Brackets are the structural framework that securely supports, positions, and fixes solar panels to various surfaces like roofs or the ground. They ensure optimal tilt and orientation for maximum energy production while withstanding environmental loads (wind, snow, seismic) for the system's 25+ year lifespan. They are often categorized as Roof Mount, Ground Mount, Carport, and Tracking Systems.

We produce a complete portfolio of mounting solutions:
Roof-Mount Systems: For Pitched Roofs (Tile, Metal, Asphalt Shingle hooks), Flat Roofs (Ballasted or Penetrating systems), and Standing Seam Roof clamps.
Ground-Mount Systems: Fixed-Tilt (using piles, ground screws, or concrete foundations) and Single-Axis Solar Trackers.

3. What materials are your brackets made from?
We select materials based on strength, corrosion resistance, and lifespan:
Primary Structural Components (Rails, Braces): Aluminum Alloy 6005-T5 or 6063-T5 (extruded) - lightweight, corrosion-resistant. Hot-dip Galvanized Steel (S355JR/S275JR) for high-load or cost-sensitive ground systems.
Small Brackets & Clamps: Aluminum (ADC12) die-casting or stainless steel A2/A4 stamping.
Fasteners: A2-70 (304) or A4-80 (316) Stainless Steel bolts, nuts, and washers as standard to prevent galvanic corrosion.
Surface Treatment: Aluminum parts are anodized (AA15+); steel parts are hot-dip galvanized (≥85μm); some components feature powder coating for aesthetics/extra protection.
4. Are your systems compatible with major panel brands?
Yes. Our systems are designed to be universal and adjustable. They are compatible with all standard framed solar panels (module frame heights of 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, etc.) from manufacturers. The clamping system accommodates standard frame widths and thicknesses.
