We typically respond with a detailed quotation within 24-48 hours.
Q: Do you accept small or sample orders?
A: Yes. We encourage sample orders for quality verification and design confirmation. We also support low-volume prototype runs and are flexible with Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), especially for new partnerships.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Standard terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment). For established clients, we offer flexible terms. L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: How long does the entire process take?
A: Lead times vary by project complexity:
Prototype/Samples: 2-4 weeks (after design finalization).
Mass Production: 4-8 weeks from sample approval and deposit receipt.
New Mold Development: Adds 4-6 weeks to the timeline.
Q: Can you work from my design or sample?
A: Absolutely. We are an OEM/ODM specialist. You can provide drawings, 3D models, or even a physical sample. Our engineering team can also assist with reverse engineering.
Q: What if I don't have a finished design?
A: We offer full design and development support. Share your concept, requirements, and functional needs, and our team can assist with the complete design process.
Q: What is the payment method?
A: We accept TT (Bank Transfer), Western Union, L/C.
