• New Customers: 50% deposit with order, 50% balance before shipment.
• Established Customers: Net 30 days after shipment, subject to credit approval.
• Samples: 100% payment required prior to fabrication.
  We accept payments via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C).

10. Do you provide certifications?
Yes. We can provide material certifications (Mill Test Reports), process certifications, and compliance statements (e.g., RoHS) upon request. We are experienced in working with IATF 16949 quality management system requirements.
11. How are the hinges packaged for shipping?
Hinges are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Standard packaging includes individual plastic sleeves or bubble wrap, placed in partitioned cartons. For export, cartons are then stacked on pallets and secured. Custom packaging per your requirements is available.
