Lining/Insert: Natural Rubber, EPDM, Neoprene, or NBR for grip, insulation, and vibration damping.
Hardware: Grade 8.8 Steel or A2/A4 Stainless Steel bolts, nuts, and washers.
4. How do I select the correct clamp size?
The key measurement is the pipe's outer diameter (OD).
Choose a clamp whose inner diameter range matches your pipe's OD.
For lined/vibration clamps, ensure the inner diameter of the metal band is suitable for your pipe OD, as the lining reduces the effective holding diameter.
Always provide the exact pipe OD and, if applicable, the required insulation thickness.
