OUR PRODUCING PROCESS:1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's require.
4. After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument,
Caliper, Angel Gage etc.
5. After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the surface
treatment process.
6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can make sure
the parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

- Lower Volume Production: MOQ can be negotiated based on part complexity and tooling investment.
Lead times vary based on order complexity and volume.
- Prototypes: 2-4 weeks (after design approval).
- Production for Existing Tools: 3-6 weeks (after order confirmation).
- New Projects (Requiring Tooling): 6-10 weeks (includes tooling fabrication and first article sampling).
- Expedited services are available for urgent needs.
Standard terms are:
- Prototypes & New Customers: 100% payment before production.
- Production Orders: 50% deposit with order, 50% balance before shipment.
- Established Customers: Net 30 days payment terms are available after credit approval and a successful order history.
- We accept payment via T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or major credit cards for smaller orders.
9. How do you ensure part quality?
Quality is integral to our process. Our system includes:
- First Article Inspection (FAI) and full dimensional reports (per AS9102 or customer format).
- In-process quality checks and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Final inspection before shipment.
- We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and can provide material certifications (C of C / C of A, RoHS, REACH) upon request.
10. What is your warranty policy?
We warrant that all stamped parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts and excludes defects arising from improper use, storage, or normal wear and tear.
11. Do you provide tooling? Who owns it?
Yes, we design and manufacture our own precision tooling (stamping dies). Typically, the customer pays for the tooling cost, and the tooling ownership is retained by the customer. We store and maintain the tools at our facility for the production life of the part. Detailed tooling agreements are provided for each project.
