OUR PRODUCING PROCESS:
1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's require.
4. After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement
instrument, Caliper, Angel Gage etc.
5. After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the surface
treatment process.
6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can make
sure the parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

Q1: What file formats do you accept for laser cutting?
A: We prefer vector-based 2D files for cutting paths: DXF, DWG, AI, EPS, PDF. We can also work with 3D files (STEP, IGES, SLDPRT) to extract cutting profiles. Please ensure files are clean (no overlapping lines, closed contours) and in 1:1 scale. Our engineers will review and provide feedback.
Q2: What are your standard tolerances?
A: Our standard cutting tolerances are:
For parts ≤ 3mm thickness: ±0.05mm to ±0.1mm
For parts 3-10mm thickness: ±0.1mm to ±0.2mm
For parts >10mm thickness: ±0.2mm to ±0.3mm
Tighter tolerances (down to ±0.03mm) are achievable for critical dimensions with specialized setup and programming, which will be noted in the quotation.
Q3: Can you cut pre-finished materials (pre-painted, powder-coated, anodized)?
A: Yes, but with important considerations. Laser cutting will burn/discolor the finish along the cut edge on the top side, and may cause some discoloration on the bottom. We recommend:
Cutting from the back side when possible.
Using a protective film.
Accepting that the edge will require touch-up paint for cosmetic applications.
We can provide samples to show the expected result.
Q4: What information do you need to provide a quote?
A: For a fast and accurate quote, please provide:
Drawings/Files (as per Q1).
Material Type, Grade, and Thickness.
Quantity Required.
Any Critical Dimensions or Tolerances.
Surface Finish Requirements (as-cut, deburred, etc.).
Target Timeline.
Q5: How is the price calculated?
A: Laser cutting pricing is typically based on:
Material Cost: Calculated based on the sheet size used and material cost per kg.
Cutting Time (Machine Time): Calculated from the total cut length and the cutting speed for your material/thickness.
Setup/Programming Fee: A one-time charge per part number for file preparation and machine setup (often waived for production quantities).
Secondary Operations: Any additional services like deburring, bending, or finishing.
Q6: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We have no strict MOQ for cutting services. We accept orders for single prototypes. However, for custom parts, a minimum order value may apply. Pricing becomes significantly more economical at quantities of 50+ pieces due to amortized setup costs.
Q7: What is your typical lead time?
A: Lead times vary based on order size and complexity:
Prototypes/Samples: 3-7 working days after drawing approval.
Small Batch Production (≤ 500 pcs): 7-14 working days.
Large Production Runs: 15-30 working days, depending on volume.
Expedited service is available at an additional cost.
Q8: How do you ensure quality and accuracy?
A: We employ a multi-stage quality process:
First-Article Inspection (FAI): Full CMM inspection of the first parts off the machine.
In-Process Checks: Monitoring of machine parameters and visual checks.
Final Inspection: Dimensional spot checks and visual quality audit per AQL standards.
We can provide inspection reports upon request.
Q9: Can you work with our provided material?
A: Yes, we accept Customer-Supplied Material (CSM). We will need material certification and a waiver for material-related defects. Our quotation will then cover only the processing, labor, and consumables cost.
