1. What is an Anti-Seismic Stabilizer Bracket?

2. What are the payment and shipping terms?
Payment: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight acceptable for established clients.
Shipping: Standard FOB main China ports. We provide professional export packaging (wooden crates/pallets) and full shipping documentation.
3. What materials are used in manufacturing?
We use high-strength materials to ensure reliability:
Primary Material: Hot-rolled carbon steel (Q235B, Q355B per GB, or ASTM A36/A572 Gr.50 equivalent).
Fasteners: Grade 8.8 or higher bolts, nuts, and washers (stainless steel available for corrosive environments).
Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanized (HDG) per ASTM A123 (standard), powder coating, or epoxy coating for specific project aesthetics/requirements.
4. How do I select the correct bracket for my application?
Selection depends on multiple factors:
Load Type & Weight: The mass and type of the item to be restrained (pipe, duct, equipment).
Seismic Zone/Importance Factor: The project's geographic seismic demands and building occupancy category.
Attachment Points: The structure (concrete, steel) and the item to be braced.
Required Movement Allowance: For thermal expansion/contraction of pipes/ducts.

5. What is the load capacity of your brackets?
Load capacity varies significantly by model, configuration, and installation. We provide certified Allowable Load Tables and ICC-ES Evaluation Reports (where applicable) for our products. Capacities can range from a few hundred kilograms to several tons. The design must consider both lateral (seismic) and longitudinal (gravity/weight) forces.
6. Do you offer custom engineering and design services?
Yes. Our in-house structural engineering team provides:
Free project review and bracket specification.
Custom bracket design for unique or high-load applications.
Seismic restraint plan review or creation of submittal drawings for your project approval.

7. What is included in a typical bracket assembly?
A complete seismic restraint kit usually includes:

8. Are installation instructions provided?
Yes. We provide comprehensive, illustrated Installation Manuals and General Installation Drawings (GIDs) with each shipment. These detail:
Proper assembly sequence.
Torque specifications for all fasteners.
Required spacing between brackets based on load.
Inspection guidelines.
9. Do you supply only brackets or a full seismic bracing system?
